Mr. Lenihan joined Barrow Hanley in 2026 and is the Firm’s Head of Information Technology. He is responsible for leading the Firm’s IT strategy, operations, and security. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as director of information technology at Turnwell Mental Health, a portfolio company of Leon Capital. Mr. Lenihan brings extensive experience in technology leadership, including the development of scalable systems, modernization of infrastructure, and alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives. He works closely with leadership to drive innovation, manage tech risk, and support the Firm’s long-term strategies. Mr. Lenihan earned a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University.
