Ms. Herring joined Barrow Hanley in 2015. She oversees the firm’s Human Resources functions. As Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and Deputy Chief Diversity Officer she is responsible for monitoring the firm’s progress on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Ms. Herring earned a BA in both Political Science and Psychology from Baylor University and the Professional in Human Resources and Professional Recruiter Certifications.
