Ms. Sisson joined Barrow Hanley in 2013.  She has overall responsibility for the organization’s accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the Firm’s financial activities. She coordinates these activities between internal departments, our parent company (Perpetual), and our outside auditors. Additionally, Ms. Sisson is responsible for employee compensation, including the execution and maintenance of the Firm’s equity plan. She also serves as the point person for financial internal controls and the insurance renewal process. Prior to joining Barrow Hanley, Ms. Sisson served as Controller at Highside Capital Management, a hedge fund in Dallas. She began career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP. Ms. Sisson graduated summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University with a BBA in Accounting and Finance.
