Ms. Manter serves as Barrow Hanley’s Head of Investment Operations and is responsible for the operations team and all back-office functions, such as trade settlement, proxy voting, account reconciliation, and reporting to custodial banks. Before joining Barrow Hanley in 2013, Ms. Manter spent ten years at FCM Investments, where she worked in equity operations and equity research. She earned a BS in Mathematics from Pensacola Christian College and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a member of CFA charterholder.
