Chuck joined the Australian based financial firm, Perpetual Limited, in the first quarter of 2020 as Head of Distribution & Strategy for the Americas and co-director of the Perpetual US Holding Company. He brings decades of extensive experience building institutional and intermediary teams and aligning product strategies to help advisors, consultants and intermediaries in meeting their clients’ needs. Before joining Perpetual, Chuck was a founding member of the Henderson Global Investors, North American team and led Distribution & Product Development for Henderson from 2010 until the merger of Janus Henderson in June of 2017. Previously, he has served as Regional Vice President for Van Kampen Investments, Trustee & Vice President of the Henderson Global Funds board, and Head of Distribution for Snow Capital Management. Chuck received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition in 1992 from Moody Music College and has leveraged the compositional creativity skills he learned to apply to the Investment Management field.
