Mr. Grause joined Barrow Hanley in 2020 from North American Development Group, where he served as executive director of business development and was responsible for raising capital for a private REIT, direct development projects, and private equity funds. Before North American Development Group, he was head of business development for Mockingbird Credit Partners, and prior to that, he worked at Bloomberg LP and State Street Corp. Mr. Grause graduated with a BA from University of Vermont.
